Our provider training sessions and education materials are resources that can assist you in providing care to our members. We are committed to helping to ensure that all participating providers are compliant with AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina standards, federal regulations and North Carolina state regulations.
Training Schedules
Supporting home health providers transition to the EVV process
During these sessions, offered each Wednesday at 5 p.m., ACNC will share a crosswalk developed to simplify the verification and billing process, including the necessary steps to establish a connection with the vendor, HHAeXchange, and cover how to bill claims.
