You can rely on us for your Medicaid needs. We're here to help you and your covered family members get the care you need.

As a new member, there are a few more things you should know about us. Let's get started.

• View your member orientation and handbook.
  The member orientation and handbook guide you through how your new health plan works.
• Learn about your Medicaid ID card.
  Every AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina member gets their own Medicaid ID card. Always carry it with you.
• Choose your primary care provider (PCP).
  Your PCP will be your family health care provider or the provider you see regularly.
• Complete your Care Needs Screening.
  Get $25 on your CARE Card for completing a Care Needs Screening within 90 days of enrolling with AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina.
• Find a provider, medicine or pharmacy.
  Search for a health care provider who accepts your new health care coverage.
• Explore your health care benefits.
  Take a look at the covered services you can receive as one of our members.
• Access our member portal and mobile app.
  Learn how to access Member Tools, like the ACNC member portal and the mobile app
