The first several pages will tell you what you need to know right away. The rest of the handbook can wait until you need it. Use it for reference or check it out a bit at a time.

Orientation for new members
Welcome! We are pleased to have you as our member. To learn more about your AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina benefits and services, we are offering member orientations onsite and online.
Onsite: Our in-person Lunch-and-Learn New Member Orientations will be held at our Wellness & Opportunity Centers on the first Tuesday of each month from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Online: Orientations will be held during the first and third Thursday of the month. Orientations in English will be held on the 1st Thursday at 12:00 p.m. and in Spanish on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 12:00 p.m. These sessions will provide an overview of AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina benefits, services and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
