How to Enroll

Enroll now through December 13, 2019. You can enroll by mail, using the mobile app, over the phone or online. Go to www.ncmedicaidplans.gov and click on “Enroll” for more details. You also can apply for NC Medicaid in person at your local Department of Social Services (DSS). Contact your local DSS if you cannot apply in one of these ways. For a list of local DSS locations, go to https://www.ncdhhs.gov/localdss.

To see if you are eligible or to enroll, call an enrollment specialist at 1-833-870-5500 (TTY 1-833-870-5588) between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, or visit https://ncmedicaidplans.gov/.

You get to choose one of several health plans for your Medicaid benefits. An independent team of enrollment specialists can give you more information about the health plans available to you. Call an enrollment specialist at 1-833-870-5500 (TTY1-833-870-5588) or visit www.ncmedicaidplans.gov.
